What Kind of Career Can You Expect?
Graduates of this program have a wide range of job opportunities with a variety of employers. Students have been able to put their new skills right to work in career positions as sales representatives, purchasing agents, media sales reps, media buyers, small business owners, department managers, marketing coordinators, public relations specialists, and customer service reps. The Associate of Applied Science degree you earn from this program can be upgraded to a Bachelor of Applied Science degree through additional coursework.

What is the Outlook for Job Opportunities and Pay?
There is a high level of anticipated growth in Southwest Idaho within various industries, including retail, service, hospitality, and sales, as well as small business management and entrepreneurial endeavors. This creates excellent employment opportunities for marketing and management professionals. 

Locally, marketing and management professionals earn $12-15 per hour, based on skill level and industry. Opportunities for advancement in both earnings and position are limited only by the amount of effort you invest in your career.

This program includes an on-the-job internship. Students are also invited to join Delta Epsilon Chi for leadership experience, competition, and travel opportunities.
