Scores: Scores are available immediately following the completion of the exam and will provide you with recommendations for courses you should take.
Validity: Writing scores are valid for three years. Math scores are valid for the semester following placement exam.
Length of Test: Compass testing is not timed. The average amount of time needed for each exam is about 30 – 45 minutes.
Preparation: This test is designed to place you in the most appropriate course. We do not encourage preparation.
What to Bring: Current photo ID and appropriate test fee(s) as listed above.
